Hello my pulchritudinous readers!
I don't know if I am the only one, but there are many said cures of curing hiccups. Some seem to make sense, but there are some out there that don't quite make sense.
I know several hiccup cures like drinking water, holding your breath, holding your breath and swallowing etc.
There is this one hiccup cure that my dad has recently showed me when I got hiccups (when I get them, I usually get them throughout the whole day), and I found it super odd, but what's weirder is that it works on me...
What my dad told me to do is get a bowl or plate of some sort, hold it and using a cutlery or your fingers, hit it a couple of times at the base, and voila, the hiccup is gone.
Does that make sense? No? Okay then...
Weird, I know. But also effective for me. I tested it out throughout the day and it worked like a charm. Me and my sister are still trying to figure out what is it behind the whole bowl thing that stops the hiccup but it does somehow. My great grandfather taught it to my dad and my dad taught it to me, and now I am sharing it with you guys (well, at least whoever who reads it...)
Well that is it. Are there any weird ways you know that actually helps cure hiccups for you? Comment it down below! I would love to read them.
